May 2022 Towne South Homeowners Association Monthly Minutes

President Joe Hunt called the meeting to order at 7pm

Attendees include Judy Clobes, Jackie Tebbe, and Rich Tucker. Jaune Hunt was excused. Lot owners present were Beth & Jon Strautz, Aaron Lang, and Evelyn Bevans.

Tucker said Stephen Baras has called and wanted a waiver for the 2022 Late Fee. Tucker has hold him to attend tonight meeting and the Board would hear his positions. Baras did not appear.

Tucker read the April 19, 2022 Monthly Meeting Minutes. Motion made, seconded and approved to accept with one correction.

Tucker read the April, 2022 financial report. Motion made, seconded and approved to accept with no corrections.

OLD BUSINESS:

Tucker said there were 33 TSHA Annual Assessments for 2022 outstanding, 28 late fees not paid, and 4 late fees from 2021 still not paid.

Tebbe said she had set up the TSHA Facebook and NextDoor accounts.

NEW BUSINESS:

Tebbe provided material she has received from Attorney Todd Billy concerning the revision of the TSHA Indentures. There was much discussion on this matter. It was decided that Tucker would contact Lester Stuckmeyer also about this matter since TSHA had previously spoken with Stuckmeyer about this matter.

A motion was made, seconded and approved to adjourn at 7:45 p.m.

The next meeting will be held at Prince of Peace Church Hall at 7 pm on Tuesday, June 21, 2022.
